Wade C. Fox, DO, FACEP, FAAEM, is a Director of Complex Care Management at Vituity. In this role, he focuses on complex care management and patient readmissions specifically to the ED. Dr. Fox is currently working on implementing programs where providers can do focused call backs on high-risk patients and those with high impact diagnoses such as COPD and CHF. He is an elected member of the Vituity Board of Directors and serves as a regional director overseeing emergency medicine, hospitalists, ambulatory and urgent care, and telepsychiatry practice locations. Dr. Fox’s previous experience includes serving as the CMO of a Coordinated Care Organization (COO). He earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine – Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed his residency in emergency medicine at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH, where he also worked as a Life Flight physician. Dr. Fox is past president and a current member of the board for the Oregon chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP).
